This includes homeless children and youth who lack a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence and children and youth who share the housing of other persons due to loss of housing, economic hardship, or a similar reason.

Apply for support paying for utilities and energy through the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). LIHEAP may provide heating/cooling bill payment assistance, crisis  bill payment assistance, and/or heating/cooling equipment repair/replacement assistance.
