Corporate Services, LLC is a software development company specializing in solutions that support asset management and operational efficiency. We are seeking a motivated, creative, and self-directed Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and communications activities across social media, email, and marketing materials. This position reports directly to our Sales and Marketing Manager.
This is a part-time, in-person position based at our Baton Rouge office. Hours are flexible and can be scheduled around your class schedule, but all work is completed on-site so you can collaborate directly with our team.
This role is a great fit for a student who already has a foundation in marketing, communications, or design and is ready to take ownership of projects from start to finish. You will have real responsibility for the content you create, from first draft to final version.
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Draft and format email communications and announcements
- Design and edit marketing materials such as flyers, graphics, and short-form content
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Comfortable using social media platforms and creating content
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Self-starter who can work independently, manage your own tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal day-to-day supervision
- Prior marketing, content, or design experience through coursework, class projects, student organizations, freelance work, or a previous role
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Adobe design tools or other basic design tools
- Experience with email marketing tools (Constant Contact)
