VP of Client Success

I joined uConnect in 2019 and since then, I’ve had the pleasure of working with all of our uConnect partners to ensure that they’re successful with using the uConnect platform and that our clients are getting the most out of the uConnect partnership. My role is focused on managing and building the success team, setting the overall strategic vision for our client success function, and am focused on leading the most positive client experience for our partners. I also lead cross-functionally to drive client success and I have a passion for using data to drive decision making.

A little bit about myself, I’m from Jordan but I’m currently based in Somerville, Massachusetts. I love traveling & exploring new places & cultures (I’ve lived in 7 cities so far and my favorite was Rome). In my free time, I like to go on walks (only when it’s nice out), enjoy hanging out with family & friends, love playing sports & working out, enjoy cooking & baking (if you have a good recipe, please share it with me), listening to music, and binge watching TV shows from time to time. I also listen to a lot of podcasts and like reading and watching fun plays.
