The mission of the Information Technology Program is to provide skilled employees who contribute to the economic development of their communities and fulfill local and global workforce needs. Students who successfully complete the Information Technology Program will be able to: Demonstrate a general knowledge of all areas of the information technology field; Perform effective basic PC troubleshooting techniques and procedures; Install, configure, and maintain an operating system; Successfully design and troubleshoot local area and wide area networks; and Attain certifications in specialized training areas of computer networking leading to job opportunities in the information technology field.
